Debido al reiterado incumplimiento de las normas de funcionamiento, por parte de algunos hu\u00e9spedes, la direcci\u00f3n de VentuRural se ha visto obligada a exigir la<\/strong> constituci\u00f3n de un dep\u00f3sito de 300 \u20ac,<\/strong> en garant\u00eda de su cumplimiento.<\/p>

 Somos conscientes de que esta medida pueda resultar innecesaria en algunos casos, pero la falta de responsabilidad de algunos hu\u00e9spedes nos hace tomar esta medida de forma generalizada.<\/strong><\/p>

El dep\u00f3sito debe formalizarse antes de entrar por primera<\/strong> vez en la vivienda, mediante BIZUM al n\u00famero 629 255 900<\/h1>

DEVOLUCI\u00d3N DEL DEP\u00d3SITO<\/h1>

Dentro de los 8 d\u00edas naturales a contar desde el d\u00eda siguiente al de salida de la vivienda se reintegrar\u00e1 el dep\u00f3sito mediante BIZUN con las siguientes condiciones:<\/p>

INTERIOR DE LA CASA  <\/strong><\/h1>

En caso de incumplir alguna de las normas establecidas para el interior de la vivienda se retendr\u00e1n 100\u20ac del importe del dep\u00f3sito.<\/p>

EXTERIOR DE LA VIVIENDA<\/strong><\/h1>

En caso de incumplir alguna de las normas establecidas tanto para la conservacion de la Barbacoa, los porches o la piscina se retendr\u00e1n 100\u20ac del importe del dep\u00f3sito.<\/p>

RECICLADO DE BASURAS<\/strong><\/h1>

Todas las basuras deben ser recicladas y depositadas en los contenedores habilitados para ello de acuerdo con las indicaciones expuestas. Su incumplimiento originar\u00e1 el descuento de 100 \u20ac del importe de dep\u00f3sito.<\/p>
